A power result will not explain every warning
If the enquiry concerns a DPF message or repeated regeneration problem, state that first. A routine output measurement and a system investigation have different purposes. The warning history helps the workshop decide the proposed checks.
Bring the report, not just the peak figure
Send complete fault descriptions, earlier cleaning or repair work and normal journey use. Include an existing dyno sheet if relevant, but keep it separate from the diagnostic findings.
Confirm preparation before the journey
Swansea and Ammanford customers should agree the appointment scope before travelling. Include the drivetrain and current concerns; test suitability is confirmed for the particular vehicle.
The testing guide explains measurement, investigation and calibration bookings. Describe the DPF concern to establish the appropriate route.
